How do I return an order?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to The Guns And Gear Store.

If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.

We will accept unwanted product in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund, credit or exchange.

Before attempting to return an item please contact The Guns And Gear Store at: 1-320-253-HUNT (4868) as some items are not returnable and/or maybe subject to a restocking fee.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns on products that are more than 30 days from the date of purchase or items that have been used, altered, damaged packaging and/or broken.
